    Maria Gill, Project Director

    Maria received her MA in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and BS in Developmental Psychology from Emmanuel College. She has experience working in and managing Early Intervention and Early Head Start programs in several states. She also has provided Early Intervention services in Europe, serving the families of US Army soldiers stationed overseas. Maria is the parent of one child, who has received preschool special education services.

    Laura Glover, Early Childhood Specialist

    Laura received her MS in Special Education from SUNY Oswego and a BA in Psychology and Elementary Education from St. John Fisher College. She holds certification in Pre-K, Kindergarten and Grades 1-6 as well as in Students With Disabilities, Grades 1-6. Laura has worked with children birth through age 5 in various capacities for almost 20 years and was previously a Universal Pre-K teacher for the Syracuse City School District and the Assistant Director of a local childcare center. Laura resides in Camillus with her husband and two children.
  • Maripat Murphy

    Maripat Murphy, Early Childhood Specialist

    Maripat received her MS in Early Childhood Education from Syracuse University and a BFA in Fine Arts from SUNY Oswego. She holds NYS teaching certification from birth-grade one in both general education and severe and multiple disabilities. She taught preschool in a fully inclusive preschool in Syracuse for over sixteen years. She has experience working with and advocating for a diverse population of young learners and their families. Maripat has also provided early intervention special instruction services to children, as well as special education itinerant teacher services to preschool age children. She resides in Onondaga Hill area and is the proud parent of three young men.

    Rachael Zubal-Ruggieri, Coordinator of Computer and Technical Applications

    Rachael also serves as Information Coordinator at the Center on Human Policy. Mother to a teenager with special needs, Rachael is enrolled in the Child and Family Studies program, with a Disability Studies Minor, at Syracuse University.
